  • No Refund: Once a service is completed and confirmed by the client, no refunds will be issued.
  • Partial Refund: If an order is not completed satisfactorily, we will assess the situation and may issue a partial refund or offer an alternative service.
  • If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Start: Clients may cancel their order at any time before the service begins at no charge.
  • After Start: If the order has already started, a processing fee (PayPal/Stripe fee) plus a percentage based on the service completed will be charged.
  • Orders are considered complete after 3 days if we do not receive client feedback, or immediately upon client confirmation.
